We have a first class school rental program featuring both band and string instruments.  Low monthly rental rates are available with purchase options.  All instruments are serviced in-house by our service center.

There are three ways to rent your child’s instrument.

1. Maximum convenience-register online, free delivery to your school.

   If your school is in our delivery network, complete the online registration process and select school.  Your instrument and accessories will be delivered to your school in time for their first lesson.

2. Register Online and Pickup in the Store.
   Complete the online registration process, then we’ll contact you when your order is ready for pickup. Please allow up to four days for processing.  Pick up is fast and easy.

3. In-Store Rental

Note:  At this time, the online rental system only accepts credit and debit cards payment.  Customers wishing to use other forms of payment may mail in  a rental contract (see our printable contract) with a check or money order; bring same into the store, or give the contract and payment to the school music teacher.

How do I rent online? (2 easy steps)

1. Consult your child’s music teacher to decide upon an instrument and (for string instruments) proper sizing.
   
2. If your school is in our delivery network, the instrument and any accessories you purchase will be delivered to your child’s music teacher in time for their lesson.  Otherwise, an order confirmation e-mail will tell you when your instrument will be ready to pick up at our store.

Do Not Leave the Instrument in School.

No one will know why it was left at the school if it does not have the tag attached to the handle of the instrument case.

A MAINTENANCE PLAN IS NOW BEING OFFERED TO OUR CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE PAID FOR THE  INSTRUMENT IN FULL.

If the instrument becomes damaged or deteriorates in performance, our company will repair and regulate it to proper playing condition at no charge.  This repair plan does not cover deterioration or appearance, which does not affect the performance of the instrument, such as scratches, minor dents, and finish.  Specifically excluded from coverage are drum heads, drum sticks, strings, reeds, swabs, and lubricants.

Option #1: You can purchase your instrument and receive a 35% discount off the manufactures retail price of the instrument (maintenance coverage available).

Option #2: You may purchase at any time while you are making timely monthly payments and receive a 25-35% discount off your unpaid balance. (discount based on remaining monthly payments)

Your child now has an excellent instrument to excel on and is making commendable progress in the instrumental music program.  Membership in this program is an exciting new adventure for your child.  It is an opportunity not only for your child to experience the pleasure and benefits of music, but also to be exposed to new disciplines, responsibilities, teamwork, self-esteem, and many other positive benefits.  We hope the many benefits and enjoyments from participation in the school music programs have been apparent in your child’s development so far this year.

Your child will be using different size violins, violas, and cellos UNTIL HE OR SHE IS READY FOR THEIR FINAL SIZE INSTRUMENT.  It is important to remember that under our plan, you are not paying for the string instruments you have now.  If you purchase an instrument now, you will have to purchase more instruments until they are ready for their final size:

Example:

1. Student starts on ¼ size
2. Then grows into ½ size
3. Then grows into ¾ size
4. Then comes the final size (usually a full size)

All monthly payments made, less the maintenance plan and sales tax, goes into your account.  Please note that there are no interest charges or lease fees on any monthly payments.  100% of the money in your account will apply towards the price of your final size instrument (prices based on manufacturers retail price at time of purchase).  Please call our office for an appointment to choose your final size instrument or we will be glad to deliver the instrument to your orchestral director for inspection. We have several top brands and styles of violins to choose from.  The new string instrument you will finally receive will be a high quality item that will serve them well for a lifetime.
